Full day race training for laser's, optimist's and pico's.

Open race training to all.

Course pre-requisite: Post Stage 3

Timing: 10am until 4pm

The session is to polish up racing skills with a varied syllabus of all the different skills required to race at a high level. It is designed to push racers to raise their peak performance, progress their racing skills and encourage them to take part in both National and International racing events.
